Contacting the Planning Committee

The Maple Leaf Planning Committee meets the first Thursday of every month at 7:00pm at the Baldwin City Public Library. New members to the committee are always welcome and encouraged to join. Any organization wishing to request assistance or permission to participate in the festival should petition the committee in person or in writing.  Please send mail correspondence to the attention of the specific committee at Maple Leaf Festival, P.O. Box 564, Baldwin City, KS 66006-0564.
